Hallo liebe Freunde. Ich bereite in diesem Video eine saftige und gleichzeitig knusprige Schulter vom Lamm zu ! Dazu gebe ich schönes Ofengemüse und ordentlich Gewürze. Super einfaches aber leckeres Rezept

- 7 grüne Paprika
- 4 Knoblauchzehen
- 2 rote Zwiebeln
- 30-50ml Olivenöl
- Gewürzmischung (Usbekisch), Salz, Pfeffer, Rosmarin (für die Kartoffeln)
