Running the rack on a Detroit Diesel 8V71

Long shrouded in mystery and done by what seemed like magicians, running the rack on a 2 Stroke Detroit Diesel is actually a simple job. It only requires patience and a few tools. In this video we adjust the air gap, injector stroke( rack), idle speed and buffer screw. While there we verify the adjustments of the valves, jake bridges, and injector height.
