How to make dulce de coco or coconut candy. In this video I show you how to make dulce de coco from Puerto Rico. In the video I show how to make it with coconut grated in two sizes. They are easy to make and are really delicious.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
1 lime rind or peel
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 coconut grated either small cut side or large side.

*If you want to make both of the dulce de coco I made, you need to use the same amount of ingredients for each one.
