Our top exercises for knee MCL & LCL damage

Today's video is about the medial & lateral collateral ligaments of the knee designed to support and stabilise the knee on movement.

Any damage to these ligaments can result in instability, restriction and pain and potentially predispose knee osteoarthritis later on.

The video has been designed to share with you a summary of rehab and exercises with the idea of giving you highlights on the type of exercises you should include post-injury.

We strongly advise getting the knee assessed by a musculoskeletal expert first to ensure proper diagnose and to rule out any involvement of the other structures of the knee.
