Most people don't know how to handle a loan signing as a Notary Public, so here it is!

10 Steps to a PERFECT Loan Signing, every time!
Accept the closing from the hiring company
Call to confirm the date and time of the loan closing with the borrower
Print (or Pickup) the documents, and arrive 15 minutes prior to closing
Introduce yourself as the Notary Signing Agent
Confirm and review the borrowers identification
Review the CD/ALTA/HUD Statement
Get documents signed, dated, and notarize the documents needed
Double check documents for errors
Confirm closing was completed with hiring company
Drop the loan package off
