basically faradic current is used for the muscles contraction
it is used for re-educate the muscles action like in case of hallucis valgus , stress incontinence and helps in muscles restore function
faradic current is used for the training of new muscles when there is the case of tendon transfer or after injury or surgery
in case of foot drop it will train peroneus brevis muscles for dorsiflexion
FARADIC CURRENT is used in case of edema commonly called as "FARADISM UNDER PRESSURE " in which
there is compression and elevation of limb which increases venous and lymphatic returns
faradic current is used for re educate the weaker intrinsic muscles of the foot in case of flat foot hallucis valgus
which is commonly known as "FARADIC FOOT BATH "water filled bath is taken in which the limb is placed
and faradic current is stimulated
