Slow cooking the prawns on low heat let's the prawns absorb the spice and flavour of garlic.
Ingredients :
Spaghetti : roughly 150gms
Prawns : 250gms (count -30)
Butter : 2 tbsp
Chilli flakes : 2 bsp
Garlic : 8-10 cloves
Mint(pudina) : 15 leaves
Chilli powder : 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder : 1 tbsp
Oregano : 1/2 tbsp
Lemon : 1
Coriander leaves chopped : 2 tbsp
Oil : 3 tbsp
Salt as required
