Our Host Casey Hentges begins looking at all the different types of Ornamental Grass and divides them up into what they each have to offer. Casey starts us off with Annual Ornamental Grasses and points out a few to get your started.
Segment 2 (10:15)
We have the Simple Science of the Transpiration Stream of plants where water moves through the plant and it evaporates out! Learn lots of useful plant info and big words like: Stomata, Transpiration, Evaporation, Xylem, Capillary, and so much more!
Segment 3 (18:00)
And Nutrition Food Specialist, Barbara Brown, shows us the different kinds of salts we can find in the store and which ones are useful for canning purposes.
