OVERLANDING IN THE USA Report 5. Lexus GX470 is the new 80-series.

In this episode, Andrew, Jeramey and Kate explore Oregon rivers and the coastline, and conclude that the Lexus GX470 might be the USA's replacement of the Land Cruiser 80-series. After all, the Lexus, under its skin, is really a Land Cruiser.

In the US, overlanding is a relatively new industry, and it seems as if it is following in the footsteps of the same industry in countries like Australia and South Africa. In this series of videos I find out by taking a US built overland truck across the country, from Seattle Washington, through the wilds of Oregon, and then onto the country's largest overland trade expo, Overland Expo West in Arizona.
