Star Trek Discovery Lawsuit Update | A CBS Confession? Access Media Silence

Anas Abdin has come out with another update on the Star Trek Discovery Tardigrades plagiarism lawsuit. After CBS had dragged its feet with the discovery, forcing a judge to order CBS to follow through. It appears we may have a partial admission that they had access to Anas Abdin's Tardigrades game, but they also claim they came up with the idea independently? Also, why isn't anyone reporting on this?
