HIDDEN Milwaukee River downtown STEELHEAD FISHING

I feel like the most unlucky Steelhead angler until I found this off the beaten path spot that doesn't feel like you are fishing in the middle of a city!!!

Started in a creek south of the the city and worked my way to the north until I found this fairly hidden spot that had fish eating spawn sacs.
