Correct Way To DO 100 Push Ups in 5 min | Revised Method 2023

Start in a plank position: Get on your hands and knees, with your hands shoulder-width apart and your feet extended behind you. Your body should form a straight line from your shoulders to your feet.

Lower your body: Keeping your body straight, lower your body until your chest touches the ground. Keep your elbows tucked in, and breathe in as you lower your body.

Push up: Push yourself back up to the plank position by straightening your arms. Exhale as you push yourself back up.

Repeat: Do as many push-ups as you can, taking a few breaths in between each set. As you get stronger, try doing more push-ups or variations such as diamond push-ups, wide-arm push-ups, and decline push-ups.

Tips:
-Keep your core tight throughout the movement.
-Don't let your hips sag or lift too high during the push-up.
-Start with modified push-ups, with your knees on the ground if necessary.
-Be consistent and work on progressively increasing your reps and sets.
