1 HOUR of AMAZING PLANE SPOTTING at Melbourne Airport | Best of 2018

First and foremost, I would like to wish everyone a happy new year and all the best for 2019! To kick off the new year, I have compiled a huge compilation of all the rare and special movements that summed up last year and made it such a fantastic year for Melbourne Airport. This video has been shot in all types of conditions, spotting locations and contains as much variety as I could possibly fit in.

A few of the huge highlights of Melbourne in 2018, in my opinion, was:
- Air India's Boeing 747 visit with India's President, Ram Nath
Kovind, onboard for his Australian trip.

- Both the Antonov AN12 and AN124 visits. These aircraft are
very rare to see in Melbourne and having both of them visit
throughout the year was very special to see.

- Royal Brunei leased one of HiFly's A340s for the months of
September and October to serve Melbourne whilst their 787s
were being refitted for their new ULH flight to London. A340's are
as rare as it gets at Melbourne so having a regular service for a
couple of months was great to see.
