Dent removal by air 2

Flatpad is developed as a small quick helper
in the Body Shops. The target is to reduce the
surface of the dented area within a few minutes
down to 80-90% without any damage on the
backside of car body panels.
More and more car manufacturers are using
new steel alloys which are very sensitive to
heat influence as they can lose their structure
properties like tensile strength. As Flatpad is
reducing the dented area to a minimum in
just a few minutes, the surface remains small
to do the finishing with a spot weld sliding
hammer, if needed.
Mercedes has acknowledged this method and
approved the Flatpad System worldwide.
Thanks to the special rubber and Kevlar
reinforcement the Flatpads can be left inflated
in the car body part during the finishing work
with a hammer or even during works with a
spot weld sliding hammer.

The kit can be used everywhere in the car
where access is possible from behind. The
construction of the Flatpads allows a power
development of up to 2500kg at 6 bar.
The product is absolutely safe. There is no
danger of explosion when a sharp edge should
puncture the Flatpad. They can be reused
even there is a hole in it.
