My Thoughts on the Honda XR650R vs CRF 450X o#o

Way back in December I had the chance to ride another XR650R and had forgotten just what a beast that bike is. While both the 650R and the 450x are "Baja bred" they are so vastly different it's shocking. If the two bikes could meet in the middle, then it may be the ultimate motorcycle. The R is practically invincible, a total tractor, and is surprisingly planted on the road, but takes some grunt to really ride. The CRF 450x is nimble, very responsive, and almost a bit twitchy. If the two had a baby with both a kick and E start, with the R's planted feeling, reliability, and tractor factor but the X's weight, responsiveness, and E start... it would most likely be the best dual sport ever built.
