Next-gen Orthopedic Implants and Devices - Titanium Implant Machining

Norman Noble applies the most technologically advanced machining and finishing capabilities to manufacture finished orthopedic implants and devices for our OEM customers. Our 5-axis contour milling machines and Swiss turning equipment enable both manufacturing process development and full production of finished parts from one single machine, which offers a reduced cost and better quality than traditional methods requiring secondary operations. Our 7-axis contour milling and Swiss turning equipment enable us to manufacture screw and plate implants complete from a single machine.

Orthopedic Implants We Currently Manufacture: nitinol screws, femoral nails, nitinol and peek anchors, hook and rod connectors, uniplanar and monoaxial screws, vertebral body implant assemblies, bone plates, cannulated and self drilling bone screws, polyaxial screw implant assemblies.

Norman Noble offers in-house anodizing capabilities for titanium-based implants to provide complete finished parts. Materials used include: PEEK, titanium, stainless steel, cobalt chrome (L605 / Elgiloy) and nitinol.
