Lisa Manoban (born March 27, 1997) is a Thai Rapper, Singer, Dancer, Instagram Star, Social Media Personality, and Model from Buriram Province. She is based in South Korea as Lisa is one of the members of a girl group “Blackpink” under YG Entertainment.

The other members of the band are Jisoo, Jennie Kim, and Rosé. The singer made debut along with Blackpink with their first single Square One which came out on August 8, 2016.

Furthermore, they rose to international fame after releasing their singles like Boombayah and Whistle. In fact, Boombayah reached the no. 1 position on the Billboard World Digital Songs chart.

The band also bagged awards like the 31st Golden Disc Awards and the 26th Seoul Music Awards in the category of New Artist of the Year. As per the source, Blackpink became the highest-charting female K-pop act on both Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard 200.

Their single track “Kill This Love” got 41 and 24 positions on the chart respectively. Moreover, they are also the only K-pop girl band who entered the Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart.

The 22-years-old Blackpink Singer, Lisa whose real birth name is Pranpriya Manoban launched her career after giving an audition to join YG Entertainment in Thailand in 2010. Later, on April 11, 2011, she joined the label as their first foreign trainee.

In August 2016, Lisa became one of the four members of Blackpink. On June 27, 2017, the band came out with their digital single titled “As If It’s Your Last”. The same year, they published their Japanese self-entitled EP on August 30, 2017.

On June 15, 2018, her girl group released their first Korean EP “Square Up”. It topped on various chart lists. Moreover, it peaked on the Billboard 200 albums chart at number 40.

Their single track “Ddu-Du Ddu-Du” became the band’s first single to enter the Billboard Hot 100 chart. According to a source, it came in the 55th position on the chart.

Some of the other popular works of Blackpink are Blackpink in Your Area, Playing with Fire, Stay, As If It’s Your Last, etc. As a model, the artist did her first job for a brand Nona9on and then Moonshot (South Korean cosmetics brand ) in 2016.
