We did it! We had our FIRST ONLINE BREATHWORK CLASS on Zoom! It was so fun to see everyone's beautiful faces as we came together to learn (both technology and breathwork! LOL). THANK YOU to everyone who participated! Next time I will figure out how to change the settings, so we can see everyone in the class at the same time. We took at least 10 minutes to figure out the Zoom platform and get rolling, so if you would rather fast forward...just a heads up.
