A horrifying incident has shocked Odisha’s Sundargarh district, where a son allegedly killed his own father during a violent family dispute.

In Kadamdihi village under Koida police limits, the accused reportedly attacked his mother in a fit of rage. When his father, Painda Munda, tried to save her, the son turned violent and beat him to death with a stick.

The mother was also severely injured in the attack, suffering serious injuries including a fractured hand. The brutal incident has left the entire village in shock.

Police have reached the spot and initiated an investigation into the matter.
