5 Running Exercises to Keep You Injury Free (NO EQUIPMENT)
Best running exercises for injury prevention. If you're a runner, you should be incorporating strength and mobility exercises into your weekly schedule, to help you prevent running injuries. These exercises are for beginner runners and experienced runners alike. Regular strength training is widely accepted as an important part of helping to keep runners like you and me running strong and injury free. I've chosen exercises for this video which do not require any equipment so can be done without gym access, at home or at work!
