'A day to remember' when the Prime Minister stands against identity politics and cancel culture

Sky News host Chris Smith says "it is a day to remember" when Australia's Prime Minister "stood up against identity politics and cancel culture" at a time when some are using present-day morals to judge and erase the pioneers of history.

"Now you might think it's about time, and you'd be right. In fact, some of what's come from Scott Morrison's mouth this year has seen him straddling both sides of the fence," he said.

"But at a time when our culture and history are being redacted, revised, and eradicated more than ever, we need every fist in the fight.

"Speaking at a United Israel charity function last night, the PM said at the heart of our Judeo-Christian heritage, are two words; human dignity. If you see the dignity and worth of another person, you're less likely to disrespect them, insult or show contempt or hatred for them, or seek to cancel them, as is becoming the fashion for some."
