Nathaniel Drew didn't learn anything in a week

Nathaniel Drew first claims to have learnt Italian in a week. Obviously he didn't but he paints a very clever picture that he did. He left out quite a few details.

Nathaniel Drew (Italian) and Ikenna (Spanish) have popular YouTube channels on which they talk about a variety of topics, but Ikenna especially talks about language learning and how to learn foreign languages.
Nathaniel Drew has videos called 'I Learned Italian in 7 Days' and Ikenna has videos called 'I Learned Spanish in 7 Days'. Neither of these claims is true, and Nathaniel Drew and Ikenna both know that perfectly well. Ikenna at least doesn't try to actually claim that this is what happened; except for the blatantly misleading title, but Nathaniel softly qualifies his claim many times by saying that he's been learning Italian for 18 months. Italian in 18 months is very different to Italian in 7 days.
