Box Breathing Technique - simple strategy to calm anxiety

In this video I explain how to use the box breathing technique (also known as square or square four breathing). It's a very simple way to take control of your breathing and help you to feel calmer if your anxiety is rising. I also find it a really good way of making I'm as calm as possible before entering a stressful situation.
