Step by Step FPV quadcopter frame design | FreeCAD 1.0 | 3D CAD
The video was produced without audio.
I should also note that I'm not a 3D CAD or FreeCAD professional (I'm an engineer, but not a mechanical engineer). Using 3D CAD is currently just my hobby. So the video might show it incorrectly or use bad methods.

My goal with this is:
1) That I always have access to this guide. Maybe I won't design a frame for the next 5 years. That way I can quickly remember how to do it... If I want to design one again...
2) I would love to see more pilots design frames; it would be great to see the creative things that come out of it.
Specs of the design:
Quadcopter frame for 40 mm props. Wheelbase 92 mm. Top mounted battery. For Nano FPV camera 14 mm and SubNano camera for example 11 mm. For diameter 6,6 mm 3 holes M1,4 mount motors. For 25,5 x 25,5 mm whoop size M2 AIO and VTX. You still have to design the camera and antenna holder.
Demonstration purpose only ! Use at your own risk ! Not tested yet !
It was actually created solely only for the video. No second check for accuracy, no prototype 3D prints for testing, no CNC service carbon fiber order for testing, no practical field testing.
