For me personally, these sorts of instruments are hard to record, for which reason the sound quality is far from perfect. Laptop and Smartphone speakers tend to distort the sound a lot.
I recommend using headphones. The stereo image and overall sound should then be better. Enjoy! :)

The LED is not included with the instrument. I modified a LED Lamp with Styrofoam to fit into the bottom hole of the drum.
