Lacey Chabert rose to fame in the mid ‘90s on the hit drama Party of Five when she took on the role of Claudia Salinger. Chabert continued to rise as she took lead roles in TV and film, including what is most likely her signature role, Gretchen Wieners in the beloved 2004 high school comedy Mean Girls.

Of the four main stars of Mean Girls, however, Chabert is the one you hear about the least today, leading many to wonder why her winning performance didn’t turn into the same kind of career that Amanda Seyfried or Rachel McAdams have.
