Are you wondering how to easily, quickly and properly make a Stainless Steel Clamp on a pole? See our short guide that will help you effectively install Stainless Steel Banding using the LOOB Stainless Steel Banding System with accessories and tools.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION:

1. Prepare necessary elements: Stainless Steel Band, Stainless Steel Buckle, Tensioning Tool (Ratchet-Type Tensioning Tool or Screw-Type Tensioning Tool);
2. Mesure the circumference of the pole;
3. Mesure length of Stainless Steel Band needed to make a clamp (circumference of the pole (L) + 12 centimeters;
4. Cut the strap, for this purpose you can use the blade inside the Banding Tool or Shears For Stainless Steel Bands;
5. Pas the Stainless Steel Band through the Buckle and bend the end of Band;
6. Wrap the Band around the pole and pass the end of the Band through the Buckle;
7. Tighten the Band using a lever or crank of the Banding Tool, depending on the tool type you are using;
8. Cut off excess Band using the blade lever on the tool;
9. Bend the Buckle ears with a hammer.

Note: Remember to always install the Stainless Steel Bands while wearing gloves.
