UNIVERSAL MEDITATIONS 105 ADVENT DAY 05

Universal Meditations are designed to begin or end your day as you enable yourself to connect to the spiritual realm. The meditation lasts approximately 7 minutes. The meditations follow the Christian calendar but can be used by all faiths. Scriptures from all faiths are utilized when possible. The words "Divine One" replace the name for "God" as to provide a more universal appeal as most world religions worship one Divine Being but have different word usage for the name.
