Seasoning rub for meat part:
1/5 tsp.........salt
Pinch of white pepper
1/4 tsp..........five spice powder

Seasoning rub for skin part:
1 tsp ..........white vinegar
1/4 tsp .......salt
1/6 tsp .......baking powder
