Bahamasair | First Boeing 737-700 Delivery | C6-BFX

Although 3 months later than originally expected, Today marked an other important day is Bahamasair's history.
UP is quite proud of this recent acquisition and as expected, they had a grand ceremony in their hanger for it's arrival.
This aircraft was acquired from Lucky Air, a Chinese based carrier.
This aircraft will be used for opening/testing new routes, performing more charters, as well as increasing capacity on current routes during peak travel times due to this 700 having 20ish more seats than their current 500s.

Delivery Route:
China(ZSJN)→Tokyo(RJTT)→Alaska(PANC)→Miami(KOPF)→
Nassau(MYNN)

Fun Fact: Specific to Boeing aircraft, the numbers/letters that follow the series of the aircraft (7XX) represent the code (designated by Boeing) of the airline that the aircraft was first ordered by/delivered to. In this case, it is 90, meaning that this aircraft was originally delivered to Alaska Airlines.
