1. fill up a request for transfer form for on the assessors office
2. Secured a copy of Certified true copy of the latest tax declaration at the Assessors office
3. Present the Transfer tax receipt
4. Present any of the following deed of conveyance
a. deed of absolute sale
b. deed of donation
c. deed of exchange
d. deed of assignment
e. extrajudicial settlement of estate
Note; it should be registered at ROD
f. self adjudication of a sole heir of the deceased person
5. Certificate Authorizing Registration from the BIR
6. Tax clearance from the City Treasurer
7. Survey Plan
8. Special Power of Attorney
