The weather is cooling down in the tropical region that I am living in and so it’s the best time for making #fermenteddrinks

#beetkvass is under preparation now…. #Beetroot+ #sea salt+ non-chlorinated water.
Let it rest for about 3 days.
Just be careful if daily burping is needed to release the gases out if the lid is tightened.
