After a long night at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
, we begin Day 5 with a bit of relaxation at Bay Lake Tower's pool and beach. We begin by checking out the "Bay Cove Pool" which is exclusive to Disney Vacation Club and Disney's Contemporary Resort guests. The pool offers quiet relaxation while still offering plenty to do for the kids. The 148-foot-long water slide is awesome! There is also a quiet beach overlooking Bay Lake with white sands, hammocks, and loungers to relax on the sand. The pool area also has a hot tub and a Mickey-shaped splash pad for the kids! Open at 11am, Cove Bar offers a variety of food and drink options for poolside dining. And with Bay Lake Tower's proximity to Disney's Contemporary Resort, you also get access to their outdoor fun as well which includes boat rentals at the marina. Guests can also visit the Contemporary's "Feature Pool" which is a larger pool complete with water-slide and outdoor cabanas. This was exactly what we needed after a long night at Magic Kingdom to recharge our batteries!
