Steps -
1. For Testing Transfer Nominal amount (Re.1 or 10/-) Why not try to send them Re.10

2. Get their Acknowledgement (If yes then send rest amount else then re-check the bank details once again and then send Nominal amount again and then get their acknowledgement)

3. Then send the remaining amount - Rs. 9990/-
