Health Secretary Wes Streeting says he is deeply concerned by the state of maternity care in the NHS.

Although the majority of births go well, there are devastating impacts arising from failures in care.

Mr Streeting says the Government has invested over 131 million to improve neonatal care facilities but there is so much more to do to guarantee safety into the future.
