How much money did they put in this MV?! This legit looks like a movie! Holy crap! The MV is so good that the music feels almost underwhelming (?) but still so freaking good though, don’t get me wrong! In a way it is very SM!
Because SM built up the expectations so much I guess I was expecting the song to be more(?) I also feel like the line repartition could have been better since all the members are so multi talented and interchangeable in their position, I wished we could have seen more of some of the members for instance. Can we just take a second to talk about how Baek absolutely killed that high note? Chills! The performance aspect of it is obviously amazing! I would not expect anything else from these specific members tbh! So good!
Since I am a kpop fan this is what I was expecting, I like it, it’s powerful and catchy, visually speaking it is very striking and eye-catching! But I am afraid of how non-kpop fans will receive this as kpop as a genre is still very particular. I wish them all the best though and will obviously be supporting them (if SM lets me like omg let me give you money offs). What did you guys think of this debut?
