Adding a New Bedroom | House Flip: Day 4

This is day 4 at the fixer upper and everything has been going to plan and right on schedule, although we end this day without framing the wall completely. Now begins the slowdown and more problems arise as we get into day 5. Dun dun dunnnn....

I know there's a bit of commentary on this one so I'll try to minimize some of that going forward and get to more of the action. Again, I do really want to share this whole journey with ya'll and some of that comes with the commentary.

This is our first major remodel but our second investment property and we will be doing 95% of the work ourselves.
