Hoy os traigo una receta perfecta para ramadan!

Ingredientes:

- 500 g harina
- 125 g de mantequilla
- 50 g de sesamo
- 50 g de almendras
- 1 cucharada de anis
- 1 cucharada de hinojo
- 4 / 5 bolitas de goma arábiga
- Hebras de azafran
- 30 ml de vinagre
- 50 ml de agua de azahar
- 60 ml de aceite de girasol
- 150 / 180 ml de agua
- 1 cucharadita de canela
- 1/2 cucharadita de sal
- Aceite de girasol para freir
- semillas de sesamo para decorar
- Miel + Agua de azahar

- 1 cuillère à soupe d'anis
- 1 cuillerée de fenouil
- 4/5 perles de gomme arabique
- Fils de safran
- 30 ml de vinaigre
- 50 ml d'eau de fleur d'oranger
- 60 ml d'huile de tournesol
- 150/180 ml d'eau
- 1 cuillère à café de cannelle
- 1/2 cuillère à café de sel
- Huile de tournesol pour la friture
- Graines de sésame à décorer
- Miel + Eau de fleur d'oranger
