Captain Pranav is a former army man and now the head of Human Resources at Renault India. Captain mentions his experiences from both the army and the corporate world. He reveals that he was a short service commission officer in the army after which he joined the corporate sector. This highlighted a turning point in his life and a decision that was crucial to him. He makes a reference to how he was once not able to complete his first run in the army and thanks to immense hard work, left the army with his head held high.
