ITC reported 9.6% y-o-y net revenue growth in Q4FY25, led by the agribusiness, while OPM fell 242 bps y-o-y to 34.7% due to raw-material inflation, resulting in just a 1% y-o-y growth in the PAT. Cigarette and FMCG businesses saw revenues rise 6% and 4% y-o-y, respectively, while PBIT margins declined y-o-y.

Aditya Birla Capital Ltd:
Analyst Maintains positive view with potential upside of 20%. Q4 was healthy. Further, the lending business is expected to see healthy AUM growth over the next two-three years. NIMs of NBFC business are expected to improve as the management is refocusing on the personal loan segment after recalibrating the portfolio.
