I point out some of the signs of culture shock for each stage. I also provide examples from my personal experience of how I dealt with culture shock while living in Italy for 4 years. Overcoming culture shock can be a tough thing for some people. It’s important to know that it’s perfectly normal, and it’s something that we all go though. I hope this video helps you get through your present situation, helps you understand what you may have been experiencing in the past, or prepares you for future travel abroad.
