My name is Felicia Ricci and I teach online singing courses to singers of all levels.

So thanks for checking out my video, my name is Felicia, you can call me Fel.

Right out of college I was working in musical theatre in New York City.

I actually wrote a book about my experience, I was cast in the musical ‘Wicked’ and at the time I was marketing the book, I just sort of fell into creating videos.

“Can anybody find me, somebody to love”

So my first early videos were me at my computer, teaching people how to sing songs from ‘Wicked’ because that was a nice sort of parallel with the book.

You want to go where your audience already is, so Youtube just happens to be a place where people who are really hungry for singing videos.

For my Youtube videos I like to keep it short and sweet, deliver really good value upfront

and at the very end, I will always, always plug a free offer.

Email marketing is probably the most important thing to me, it’s my top priority when it comes to creating content online.

Most of the things I sell you can only get through email.

I feel like I’m getting to know my customer really well, so I needed a platform that would allow me to be very specific about when I was sending things and how I was keeping track of people and I really did try out different services before I arrived at AWeber.
