Easy Ganache Frosting (Like Buttercream!)

INGREDIENTS
2 cups heavy cream
1 ¼ lb Belgian dark chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

Bring cream to a simmer, then turn off heat.

Add chocolate and stir until smooth.

Let sit at room temperature overnight in a covered container.
By the next day, it will have a smooth, buttercream-like texture ready for spreading or piping.
