Best Ever Chocolate Muffins | One Pot Chef

These Best Ever Chocolate Muffins are rich, decadent and fully loaded with chocolate! Flour, sugar and cocoa are combined with butter, eggs and chunks of dark chocolate to create the most over-the-top double choc muffins you’ll ever make! Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cups of Self Raising Flour
1 Cup of Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)
1/2 Cup of Good Quality Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
200g Block of Semi Sweet Dark Chocolate (roughly chopped)
1 Cup of Buttermilk
80g of Butter (melted)
1 Egg

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes approx.
