When i was first starting my agency I thought the MORE I could do, the MORE I would produce and took pride in that.

I was grinding, we were at 7 figures, 150k months, working all the time… which worked up until me getting burned out, not being present and realizing that the business was running me.

If you want to build an agency and not hate it in 6 months - focus on building an agency around the life you want.

Stop positioning yourself as a glorified freelancer and focus on an outcome driven offer that can retain and grow with clients.

Stop trying to do everything yourself and start focusing on delegating and setting up others for success.

Stop working with clients you don’t want to work with.

Your business should enhance you, not restrict you.
