Hurricane Dorian spins damaging tornadoes into the North Carolina coast
As Hurricane Dorian nears North Carolina, the outer banks of the storm spin destructive tornadoes into coastal cities. The hurricane is also expected to bring life-threatening storm surges, flash floods and damaging winds to the state.
