Tonight we are trying to make live edge slabs really pop. I have often said that I am not the biggest fan of live edge furniture but the more I learn on how to work the slabs and add small touches to really add to the piece, they are starting to grow on me. Tonight I am showing you how I like to work the edges of the slab to add more character to the piece. All I do is take a gouge and very randomly use it on the live edge to remove the inner bark and the gouge marks look great when it's finished.
