Keep in mind:
Do not wear lenses while swimming or showering.
Remove lenses if you feel any forms of discomforts.
Never fall asleep wearing your lenses.
Never wear lenses for more than 8 hours.
Don’t share your lenses with your friends.
Make sure your hands are 100% clean.

How to: Thoroughly wash and dry your hands. Wash and dry your hands before touching your eyes.
NEXT: Gently pull down your lower eyelid and pull up your upper eyelid.
NEXT: Gently pinch the contact lens using your first finger and thumb.
NEXT: Look up and slide the lens down, then off onto your finger.
