Trash to Treasure - Dress Made Out of Garbage - DIY

This video shows how to make a dress out of trash. Did you ever look at garbage and think there might be more purpose for its life? Well I just did! Here I took a bunch of Middleswarth potato chip bags and made a glorious gown. As many people know, I'm very fond of Middleswarth chips and full ball gowns. With summer coming up I've created a lightweight gown with an open front. The back is long for the full effect I quite desire. The main supplies for this project are scissors, garbage, and hot glue sticks. I purchased my hot glue sticks at the Dollar Tree for $1.00. They come 20 per pack. But, I cut them in half for my glue gun as it's much easier to use. I'm seriously considering making more clothing out of garbage, along with accessories such as shoes and bags. I created this piece for an online art show which had the Earth Day theme.
