Lecka Ultra Gel Sold Out, Australia Launch & AI Nutrition Planner

A lot has happened since the last episode. Here's the full update on where Lecka is right now.

The Ultra Gel launched in Vietnam and sold out in under two weeks — something we'd never seen on a product launch before. It's now available in Germany, Denmark, and the US on thefeed.com. Amazon is coming next week. A second flavor is in the works for June: fruit and nut, 60g carbs, around 430mg sodium.

We also launched in Australia through Wild Earth (wildearth.com.au) — a partnership that came together in about a week from first message to live. Huge thanks to Brody for making it happen. Early sales have been solid for a brand-new market.

On the global expansion side: China documentation is ongoing, South Korea is in progress, and there's a promising new distribution partner in India that we're not jinxing just yet.

And I've been building a free AI nutrition planner for endurance athletes — plan.getlecka.com. It's a prototype, but it's live. You can put in your race details and get a carb/sodium/fluid plan built on real research. Not a sales tool. A real tool.

Lecka also turns six on May 22nd. Next episode will cover six years of building this thing.
